2001 Ford Ranger Super Cab, 2wd 2. 5 Diesel, 135, 000 miles, 10 months MOT, excellent chassis ( CHASSIS NEVER WELDED ! ) very clean inside & out, fold down rear seats, electric windows, central locking.
Had a rear body off refurbishment in 2020 when I first got it, chassis cleaned, painted in red oxide/ chassis black & waxoyled, underside of bed painted, leaf springs polybushed, new front brake discs, new wheels & tyres, new fuel tank sender unit, copper brake lines.
Starter motor, battery & glow plugs replaced in 2023 ( all Bosch parts ) + stainless steel exhaust box & tail pipe.
Last year had front pads, calliper, wheel cylinders.
Due to losing water had a new Milner off road cylinder head, FAI gasket set, cam belt, oil & filter, diesel filter at 133, 000 miles.
Had this truck for 5 years, only bought it as a winter hack to save my AMG Merc, but liked it so much kept it & sold the Mercedes ! been pretty much used as a car in all this time, washed & polished regularly, maintained regardless of cost ( bits are cheap anyway ) not had a MOT advisory for the last 5 years ( please look up MOT history )
Mk 1 Rangers are getting rare & starting to make strong money at classic auctions, not many are it the condition of this one, not perfect but very clean for a 24 year old commercial.
