This Crayford Conversion has had 5 owners, the last two being myself and my late father. He bought the car in 2014 and spent the following 6 years restoring it.
The car comes with a comprehensive folder of history, detailing the extensive work that has been carried out; including: total bodywork respray, interior upholstery, new roof.
The car is fitted with a Sierra type 9 5 speed gearbox, power steering (which can be reset to manufacturers' original settings) and has banded wheels and new brakes. This car is an excellent example of a very rare Crayford Convertible MK3 Cortina. It has been loving restored by my father since 2014 and was his pride and joy; taking and displaying it at various car shows and driving it all over the country (to Scotland from Kent!).
