1975 Suzuki RE5 M
This fantastic RE5 M underwent a full restoration in 2010 and has been lovingly preserved since. With only a few gentle miles added under my ownership. I have owned the bike from 2016. It starts and runs as it should. The bike has loads of photographic documentation showing the comprehensive rebuild. It was featured in Motorcycle Mechanics and the Tansha magazines some years back. All parts used in the restoration were genuine suzuki parts. Chrome and paintwork in fantastic condition. I am Unable to confirm total mileage as speedo was changed during the rebuild, but as stated before the bike has covered low trouble free miles since. I think this bike is perfect for collectors who appreciate a fully sorted classic. Ideal for vintage enthusiasts wanting something unique. A rare find in this condition. As mentioned above the bike comes with a comprehensive file of photos of before and during the restoration and even features on its own website Which shows the amount of effort and skill that went into saving this beautiful bike. The bike has won multiple shows including Best vintage Japanese at the Bristol classic bike show, Best 1970's bike at the Motorcycle mechanics show and the Uttoxeter classic bike show. The bike is registered as a classic so no MOT or road fund required.
