Harley Davidson XL 1200 Sport ( 2001 ) in very good condition, owned for 8 years, never had any problems, very reliable and great fun to ride. Fresh MOT till 15. 09. 2026. This 1200 Sport model has twin spark higher performance engine that was also used for Buell motorcycles. It has twin disc brakes in front and fully adjustable suspension. Everything works as it should, no faults at all. The bike comes with two seats, the original thin one and a bit thicker for more comfortable ride. Mileage is 31500 and increasing slightly, dry weather use only. Easy maintenance: hydraulic valve lifters, carburetor instead of injection, trap door to access the gearbox ( no need to split the whole engine ), solid mount ( no engine rubber mounts to replace ). In my ownership it's been fitted with 'rocker lockers', stronger 1st and 4th Andrews gears, lighter clutch mechanism. Fuel tank has been sealed, so it doesn't rust.
