1981 5spd Manual, Grey Interior. Low milage.
Full mechanical overhaul by Chris Nicholson (PJ Grady) in March 2024 and further tune by Miles Reynolds-Cole (Wolff Classics) April 2025.
Work included:
Engine & Fuel System
New HT leads, plugs, coil, fuel lines, all filters, fuel accumulator, fuel pump, fuel injectors, fuel distributor (service exchanged), warm up regulator (service exchanged), aluminium radiator, thermostat, stainless expansion tank, water pump, coolant hoses, starter motor, alternator, relays. New clutch master and slave cylinders.
Chassis
Full front frame strip, repaint and refurbishment with new ball joints and rod ends. Lowered front springs, shocks, New Brake lines and callipers all round. New tyres all round and tracking done.
Body
New electric window motors, outer door seals, outer headlights (for UK use), door and lid gas struts all round, wiper blades. New head liners and instrument binnacle cover. Original paint front and rear fascias and wheels. Original embossed side stripe, not repro version.
Also included – many original parts such as brake callipers, alternator and starter motor that could be refurbished and refitted. Original Workshop manual. Car Cover and dateless Belfast issue reg. Imported back to UK June 2023, some US history. Originally registered in Maryland, USA. A good honest example, no accident damage. Would benefit from a re-grain having had the mechanical side taken care of. Drives well, no annoying rattles!
