History of previous owners.
IoM and UK tax discsManufactured February 11th 1964 delivered to BMW Concessionaires London on April 13th 1964 and first registered in the UK on May 12th 1964.
Subsequently registered in the Isle of Man in 1999 and then re-registered in the UK in 2016 with the original UK registration number.
Current mileage recorded as 07849 reset when the bike was restored.
Award winning bike with history, with many additional documents, including numerous photographs of the bike being rallied/ raced, including 2002 VMCC parade lap on the Isle of Man Manx rally.
The bike was restored by a previous owner based on the Isle of Man and I have notes of a telephone conversation with the previous owner/ restorer whom I contacted following the acquisition of the bike.
I have owned it since 2018 and it has been well maintained in the period of my ownership by Chris Hawkings, local to me, and well known in the Airhead community in the UK. This is fully documented and can be provided.
It is an older restoration so not concours but is in a very good condition.
