In my ownership, the car had 2 BMW services, one Brake fluid service, 1 BMW vehicle health check, front control arms were changed in Sytner Solihull and 4 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 Run flat tires were fitted. Last MOT was done in Sytner Coventry, with no advisories.
When bought, the car had 54k on the clock.
Rare combination of specs for a 3 series, such as tan/ cognac leather, adaptive suspension, heated steering wheel and front seats, Head up display, Park assist with surround cameras and Hifi loudspeaker system.
