I bought this in 2016 from the original owner, who was an upholsterer based in South West London. The gentleman specified the car in 040 schwarz black with a tan MB tex/ cloth interior, rear badge delete, manual sunroof and an automatic 4g transmission. The last option is a radio-delete as noted on the original purchase invoice (supplied).
The car has never had a radio or speakers fitted and after careful consideration, I chose to maintain this originality. The gentleman's wife would sit in the rear seat, and they laughed that he chauffeured her around from the 1980s to the 2000s.
The car presents very well, with no signs of bodywork damage or corrosion, and the paintwork retains a deep gloss black shine. It has also been professionally detailed and ceramic-coated.
While no grand-prix racer, it keeps up with traffic and will comfortably sit on the motorway, with an exceptionally comfortable ride.
The car is a tribute to german-simplicity with high quality materials including Zebrano wood dash inserts and the constrasting tan interior colour.
Supplied with various paperwork and service booklets, including all major service work in recent times. It starts on the button and always receives attention on every outing. It's often in demand for film, TV and music videos.
Based in Kingston, South West London/ Surrey.
Sensible offers are considered for a hassle-free sale.
