1993 Chevrolet Corvette automatic with 5. 7 LT1 engine. 87, 000 miles. Red with black leather interior. Originally sold brand new into Japan meaning factory fitted fog light/ orange indicators. Imported to the UK around 2009. Service history from when in the UK.
Work carried out in last 1000 miles:
New battery
4 new calipers just fitted
New Optispark & water pump fitted
Serviced very recently, including plugs and leads.
Fresh MOT. thru 23/ 5/ 2026
Reluctant sale but life gets in the way and I’m just not using it. Great looking car that gets positive comments everywhere I go. Starts every time, sounds great and drives nicely.
Has a few niggles so would benefit with a little TLC / tidying up but reflected in price. Cheapest LT1 engined C4 by a long way!
Items to address off the top of my head:
Wipers intermittently refuse to move
new blower final stage resistor required
window/ roof seals perished
paint has some small blemishes
Oil pressure switch requires replacement (I have the part but not the time to replace!)
No stereo fitted - not required in my opinion, the car sounds great! All the wiring is there.
Dash LCD does flicker occasionally.
