Engine rebuild by Robsport International 7, 000 miles ago
It’s had new wings, bonnet and boot at some point in the past and they are all still in rust free condition with very good paint.
Good Oil Pressure - 50psi at idle
Mot’s and Invoices dating back to the early 90’s(starting from my first time owning the car)
Heritage Certificate
This car is 52 years old so please don’t expect a concours d'elegance entry
Points to note:
The panel gaps could be better
There are a few chips and slight ripples but you have to look quite hard to see them
The bumpers are slightly misted
This is actually the second time I have owned this car. I originally bought it in the 1990’s and after 4 years sold it on. When I was looking to buy a TR6 three years ago I couldn’t believe it when I saw that this very car was for sale so I had to buy it and get it back to good condition as it had been sitting more or less idle for nearly 20 years.
Due to a back issue I haven’t been able to drive the car for over a year and now have to face the fact that I never will be able to drive it. I have a friend who has periodically driven the car locally to keep everything free.
