For sale is my 2002 X308 Daimler V8 LWB.
I've owned it for two years.
Good bits -
All the electrics work very well.
The car is mechanically sound.
Comes with a good amount of service history from the previous owner.
Work done recently -
Full engine service
Gearbox service
New sway bar links
New ball joints
Rear arch has been welded and painted.
Now for the bad bits -
Front arch has a bit of rust.
Window sills have a tiny bit of rust.
Unfortunately I am having to sell this as I require the funds for home renovations. I had bought this car because I've always wanted a long wheel base Daimler. The rear doors make the car stand out. Driving this on a motorway feels like driving on a cloud. The fuel economy isn't as bad as I had hoped getting as high as 32-34 mpg on motorways.
