Private bought and private sale. Previously owned by my late father-in-law.
11 years ownership by myself, mostly my daily driving car. Last 2 years on SORN and kept beneath car cover.
Full respray just completed and body restoration after minor rust on sills and arches.
Undersealed, 2022.
New battery just installed.
Drives very well but failed MOT due to welding requirements to front and rear suspension.
Manual sunroof works but needs replacing due to rust problems.
Rear rubber spoiler partially faded still.
Interior clean and original with unblemished headliners: Just needs TLCThis is a very reluctant, “head-over-heart” sale due purely to an upcoming house move with no garage or drive space for her. I used her as my daily car for almost ten years and she never failed me once. A beautiful, comfortable car to drive. Solidly built, with superb cornering in all weathers and she tackled snow drifts with no problems. A genuine 80’s motoring experience. Apparently her body colour is very rare. I will be very sad to see her go and my heart may well over-ride my head but I can no longer provide cover for her.
