Description
I bought this bike in 2012 from a classic enthusiast in France who purchased it while on holiday from a London specialist around 1990 after a full rebuild. I have ridden it in the French alps and Yorkshire dales, never missing a beat but unfortunately an ankle rebuild means I need to pass it on to the next enthusiast.
As far as I know it's in original spec apart from the 'Steve Mcqueen' handle bars and grips. It's been used on the roads so has a few small chips but overall a clean and usable bike. - See photo from the top of the Col de Iseran.
It has been serviced with a local dealer and tax , mot exempt. New battery last year. Tyres in good condition.
A good , solid classic from the best year of Bonnevilles. Exported to France around 1990 by a Classic enthusiast
Bought by myself in 2012 and kept in France until around 2019 when I returned to the UK
