For sale is my facelift 4. 2 S/ C Jaguar S type R in the rare and stunning indigo pearl blue.
Overall its in lovely condition inside and out, drives handles and stops really well with around 400bhp.
Has a comprehensive service history including just having had an oil and filter change for the sale and the dreaded valley pipes under the supercharger replaced recently.
Being a late 2005 car it is one of the few facelifted R's that qualify for the cheaper pre April 2006 road tax.
The 4. 2 S/ C R engine and 6 speed zf gearbox in these do tend to be reliable and thankfully neither have any known issues and run really well. Also returns remarkably decent mpg, did a 200 mile round trip the weekend I bought it and returned 28mpg.
Great spec with factory bluetooth connectivity, heated memory electric seats, auto xenon headlights, 2 keys, remote boot opening.
Reason for sale is im just not getting enough use out of it along side another long standing car.
Insane amount of car for the money when you consider it competed with bmw m5's, AMG's etc in its day, and I think well priced for an easy sale.
