Description
Peugeot 205 gti in laser green, 74000miles, converted in the early 2000s to a xu 2. 0 turbo from a 406 sri, tidy conversion, although not original and not everyone's cup of tea it does give the car abit more power than an a standard 1. 9gti. Boost has been slightly tweeted, uprated actuator, bigger injectors, alloy radiator and custom exhaust. Car was resprayed a while back, so looks pretty clean and tidy, has had a couple of sills replaced a couple of years back and other areas of rust attended to then completely waxoiled underneath. Brakes are all new, calipers rebuilt, discs and pads all new front calipers have been up sized to 306 gti6 calipers, pipes, hoses, and fuel lines replaced last year. Most of the suspension components, drivetrain bushes, boots, joints have been replaced etc last year and obvisouly lowered. Wheels have been refurbished and have a new toyo proxy tyres fitted. Fully serviced, inc cambelt, waterpump, in 2023, about 1000 miles ago. Inside is average condition, all door seals rubbers replaced, pretty much original besides head unit. The dashboard isn't the best, slightly missshaped by the passenger dash storage, due to sun's heat I pressume. I do have a replacement, to go with car. The speedo binnacle surround has a few cracks, I haven't come across one at a reasonable price to replace it, other than that interior is good. Only thing thing to point out is the sunroof is original, but maindealers were installing aftermarket one like these way back then, again I do have an original vacuum one to go with car, if you desire to make it look more original.
Overall very presentable 205 gti, not for a purest mind, also sporting an auto bulge bonnet.
