I may regret this in the future but house/ business venture is needed so I need to free up some cash.
Welcome to my super rare BMW E36 M3 EVO, in Atlantis Blue.. with the S54!
I believe there were only 19 m3s made in this colour in the EU, and this may be the only one or one of the only Atlantis blue m3s in the uk!
This car wants for nothing, it’s had a full nut and bolt restoration over the last few years, and as it sits it’s pretty much immaculate.
The exterior is very clean with 0 rust anywhere on the shell, and the colour looks absolutely stunning, especially in the sun. It sits on KW V3 clubsport coilovers, so it handles like a dream, while keeping the original factory m3 wheels.
Underneath is just as clean as it’s always been garaged when not driven or in storage since its restoration. I shall attach a picture of the underside.
The interior is immaculate, it’s extended leather, full obd, carbon trim (not cheap) and pretty much got all the spec you’d want. The seats are electric vaders which are super rare, and has a retrimmed tech 2 steering wheel which all together provides a fantastic driving experience. As it has the s54 installed, it also has the sport button like the e46 m3 does, and when the sport button is on (which is all the time in my ownership) it is an absolute animal.
Under the bonnet is just as tidy as the rest of the car. The engine bay is fresh Atlantis blue that surrounds the s54 engine, and the underside of the car has also been painted in the body colour. The s54 itself has been maintained as it should, on around 84k miles now I believe. I’ve just spent £4k on the engine doing preventative maintenance, rod bearings, head gasket (done properly at a reputable bmw specialist) and the vanos has been checked over as has the timing chains and guides to make sure it’s all as it should be. The s54 also has shrick cams in it so it goes very well indeed and sounds fantastic.
The lsd has been rebuilt and is all fresh, as has the rest of the underside, and it drives very tight and just how you would want one to drive.
Personally I have done a few thousand miles in it and it hasn’t skipped a beat, only driven in nice weather and stored away through the winter months to keep it tip top.
I know some of the purists out there won’t appreciate the s54 under the bonnet in such a rare shell, but it really does make the perfect drivable e36 m3. It can always be switched back to an original engine with ease if the new owner decided to do so.
All in all it’s a fantastic example and I dare say probably one of the nicest in the uk right now, and having driven many e36s in my time, this is the most fun/ well sorted bmw I’ve ever driven. The s54 in an e36 really is perfection.
Whether you are wanting an investment, show car, or fun track toy, this really does tick all those boxes.
I’m in no rush to sell at the minute, as it’s in the garage locked away, but I will entertain genuine offers.
The car now has a fresh MOT which runs out 01/ 07/ 2026 so it’s ready to drive away.
Please don’t hesitate to call or message for a chat if you are genuinely interested, this car will be worth a small fortune as the years go by!

Thanks for looking :)
