This lovely 1938 model 40 was supplied new by Pride & Clarke.
We believe that just 69 Model 40s left the Panther works, before the outbreak of WW. 2.
Which makes them a pretty scarce bike.
Was beautifully restored from around 2001,
over a 7 1/ 2 year period by the Late Ken Ellis.
Was featured in the VMCC Calendar in 2013.
Lots of paperwork with this Panther.
Selling on behalf of its elderly owner who is retiring.
