Description
This is no ordinary Land Rover 110. First registered in March 1986, this UK-market example has been dramatically transformed through a full ‘nut-and-bolt’ restoration by renowned specialists Bespoke Automotive, resulting in a truly standout modern classic. At its heart is a naturally aspirated 3. 5-litre V8 engine, driving all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. Following the rebuild, the engine was dyno-tested, with all work documented by a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate and comprehensive invoicing. With 177, 843 miles on the odometer, this 110 has been comprehensively upgraded inside and out. Here’s what makes it special.
Exterior:
Full body-off chassis restoration, including shot-blasting, repairs, priming, powder-coating, and internal wax oil protection
Finished in a striking black metallic paint, upgraded LED lighting, new rubber seals, and modernised styling elements including Puma-style bonnet, KBX/ Heritage-style grille and light surrounds, Britpart winch mounted on new front bumper, Steering guard, side steps, and NAS rear step. The vehicle sits on 18-inch satin-black Bespoke alloy wheels with fresh BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/ A tyres. Also fitted is a full-length roof rack, Lazer Light bar, iKamper rooftop tent, and rear storage compartment.
Interior Upgrades include:
Fully retrimmed in black leather with green diamond stitching matching door cards, dashboard, and green seatbelts. Bespoke leather-trimmed steering wheel along with alcantara headlining, new carpets, Level 2 soundproofing, and stainless-steel door entry guards were also fitted. Sound comes from a bluetooth-compatible radio/ CD stereo, hidden USB ports, and upgraded speakers
Mechanicals: Suspension overhauled with Bilstein shocks and steering damper, Bespoke progressive lowering springs, Upgraded anti-roll bars and polyurethane bushes. Most recent service completed in 2023 at approx. 173, 000 miles with engine oil service
new spark plugs etc.
The car benefits from a full respray and interior retrim as part of the Bespoke restoration. There are small areas of paint blistering on the rear doors, as noted by the seller. The last NCT inspection was passed in May 2021, with no further inspections required due to the vehicle’s age. This Land Rover 110 is a thoroughly reimagined icon – a classic V8 station wagon rebuilt with passion, and purpose for recreational 'go anywhere' camping ability. With its rugged good looks, off-road capability, and tasteful modern touches, it’s ready for a curated collection, overland adventures, or simply standing out from the crowd.
