range rover classic 2 door. restoration project.
this car has the advantage of the long stick 5 speed gearbox!
Body has had some repairs including rear crossmember replacement and is solid, she wont win a beauty contest but she has charm. the lower rear bootlid needs some work.
Rear seat catches are missing.
very original car.
been off the road for 30 years.
naturally needs a mechanical overhaul. engine turns but hydraulic tappets appear stuck although im not an expert.
most electrics work, even the clock!
has had new brake lines, master cylinder, and new clutch hydraulics.
the interior has the patina of age.
Drivers seat base needs repair, no headlining, windscreen is cracked and the tyres are old!
I have no more time or money for this project so sadly it must go.
No logbook but a receipt will be given. I bought this car from a french classic car restorer in brittany , because I loved the colour, its originality and 5 gears. It could be fully restored or left as it is and still turn heads.
