This 1994 VW Golf CL has had just 4 owners from new, shows a verified 43560 original miles, and comes with an MoT until March 2026. I've driven it and it's like a 30 year old 2 year old car, if you know what I mean. The book pack and a history file accompanies the car.
The exterior is immaculate, there aren't even stone chips on the front end, almost as if it was never on the motorway. The white paint is perfect and has a good shine to it, all plastic exterior trim is unmarked, the wheels are spotless, even the doorjambs are clean.
The interior, as with the exterior, is immaculate. The seats are unmarked and show no signs of wear at all, not on the bases, not on the backs, front and rear. Recent over mats protect the original carpet, which is like new. The dashboard has no cracks, everything works, the only alteration from original is a period aftermarket radio cassette.
The engine bay is a treat, it's clean enough, and there's almost room enough, to eat your dinner in there. The engine fires up easily from cold, warms up quickly, and noise does not intrude at legal speeds. The gearbox, clutch, brakes and steering are all easy to use and much as you would expect from a Golf of this period.
