Description
For sale my 1982 Yamaha RD350LC, tax and MOT exempt. This is a matching numbers bike, 6 previous owners. It was restored to showroom condition 15 years ago, when if you had the right friend, you got the very best of parts.
The bike was stripped in its entirety, the frame and swing arm was chemicaly stripped and professionally repainted. The engine cases and other aluminum parts were vapour blasted.
NOS parts fitted were complete body kit, full loom / fuse box, white spot exhausts, radiator, all foot pegs, kick start, engine covers, clock covers, switch gear, helmet lock and a load of small items I've since forgotten.
The engine had the crank rebuilt by Grampian Engineering, the pistons were supplied by Nigel Kimber, who also honed the bores. All bearings in the engine and rolling chassis have been replaced with SKF parts.
V5 is in my name, it has 2 genuine keys and original owners manual.
The bike has been decommissioned, tank / carbs drained and bores / big ends oiled. It will require light recommissioning if you plan to ride it.
This bike is original down to the last nut and bolt, as my good friend who supplied a lot of the parts had an NOS bike for reference.
