A totally and newly renovated very pretty LI150 scooter with the engine capacity increased to 175cc still residing under its original registration number.
I appreciate £8000. 00 is at the top of the price range for this model of Lambretta but it is also better presented, now in Old English White (a standard colour for Lambrettas), than it was when I first owned it in 1966; the paintwork is probably better than when it was brand new. It has had four owners in total with me being the second and fourth; on that occasion, about 17 years ago, I got it back after it had been standing in a garage for some thirty years or so and needed renovation.
Although the mileage shows at 19248 this really very pretty Lambretta can only have done a maximum of 20 miles since it had a total mechanical and body restoration by Allstyles Scooters of Portsmouth.
It still has its original Vehical Registration document, original frame and engine number, speedo/ mileometer and registration number. The restoration was carried out to a high standard by Allstyles and I was influenced by them to increase the machine's capacity from 150cc to 175cc and to select Old English White for the colour - it is a head turner!
