Good CRX project with a B16 Swap
Its been on the road with a B16 in it up until 2022 when the previous owner pulled the engine out and sold it separately
It was bought as a project, a good B16 was sourced and its sat around ever since just waiting to be finished. The engine is in the engine bay but that's it, needs everything refitted up. Most of the parts are there as you can see
Its a good shell, not a rot box. Its had some repairs before but generally its in good mot'able shape with 96k miles. There are small holes behind the rear arches which could do with sorting, rust free oem panels included with the car. It has a full Mugen bodykit, previous owner told me he imported the kit from Japan at great expense and a carbon bonnet. The paintwork isnt great but she is 34 years old now, its originally a factory red car
Engine - Its a B16A2, whilst out its had a new rear main seal, timing belt, tensioners, water pump, oil pump, baffled sump and a Fidenza lightened flywheel. It comes with various parts as shown in pics, importantly the ecu and engine loom is all there. The car already has a AN6 fuel delivery lines. The exhaust is a custom stainless system with a nice four branch manifold. Shell has been converted to hydraulic clutch system. The gear linkage has been poly bushed. Also has an alluminium radiator
Brake / Suspension - It has VT 262 front hubs, Refurbished calipers, rear discs, braided brake lines, 1" brake master cylinder, various brake hardlines have been replaced, Maxpeedingrods coilovers, Maxpeedingrods traction bar with proper pickup points and good quality rose joints, Skunk2 front camber arms and Skunk2 rear LCA's. Comes with Correct half shaft and EG driveshafts
Interior is in good shape, has VT door cards, OMP steering wheel and a non sunroof headliner which is extremely rare - sunroof bung fitted which doesnt leak. The rear is stripped out so no back seat or parcelshelf, battery has been relocated to the boot
All in all, it will be a fun project as a lot of the hard work has already been done and most of the parts are already with it
