Recent major service, over £1400 of work, including Tappet adjustment, Oil and filter change, Diff and Gearbox Oil change, 4 new quality radial tyres, shock absorber Oil and steering box Oil check and top up, complete chassis lubrication, engine timing and new carpet set fitted. Cosmetically very smart but it has not been restored, so it is definitely patinated not concours perfect. Used sparingly but the car has successfully completed the challenging “Beamish Reliability Run” on many occasions (see pics).
It would make a great London car, as running costs are tiny, it feels fun at 30mph and is a real crowd pleaser. My wife has owned “James” since 2016 and it is for sale as we’re thinning out our collection in retirement. A great opportunity to buy an unspoilt, original and structurally sound A30 with its original reg number - there really can’t be many left.
