For sale is this stunning 2005 55 BMW E46 330Cd M-Sport Facelift Convertible finished in the lovely Imola Red metallic paintwork. This is one of the nicest E46’s you will find online without a doubt as it has been meticulously cared for and maintained to the highest standard throughout its life with receipts/ invoices and of course full service history with 12 stamps in the service book. It is a low mileage example and is currently on 94, 961 miles and will not increase as the car is not being used. For a 20 year old car it has aged extremely well and still looks the part. It is a fully original and unmolested example that is not plagued with common E46 issues such as rotten arches etc.
It was originally supplied by Bateman’s BMW in Cumbria and was first registered on the 17th October 2005. The car has not been used too much throughout its life as you can see by the mileage on the MOT history and has lived in a garage for almost all of the 20 years since new hence the excellent condition. The current MOT is valid until 06/ 06/ 2026 and passed the most recent test without a single advisory. I am selling this car on behalf of my father who has owned the car since April 2019.
It has done 2, 611 miles since its last service and the next one won’t be due for another 5, 039 miles once it reaches 100k miles.
Everything works as it should including the roof mechanism. It doesn’t have any strange noises or knocks and runs/ drives lovely. Exactly how you would expect it to. It goes through all 6 gears like butter and is a pleasure to drive especially when the roof is down with the sun shining. You still get great economy especially for a 3. 0L diesel and wouldn’t be hard to see over 600+ miles from a full tank on a long trip.
The interior is in fantastic condition, very minimal wear on the drives seat bolster and again same thing with the steering wheel, shift knob etc which is a direct reflection of how its been taken care for and the low mileage.

The car has some small stone chips here and there which is to be expected for the age but I’m just trying to document everything as best as I can. This is a fantastic car now that the summer is here. The only other thing I can think of is the A/ C has lost its potency due to not being used so a regas would be needed if that’s something you would want however because it’s a convertible that wasn’t an issue for my father as you can just drop the roof and enjoy the sun.
