Description
2005 BMW E91 330d Touring, manual.
246, 000 miles and still in daily use, so mileage will go up slightly.
I’ve owned the car since September 2024. It’s been absolutely solid and has done everything asked of it – including trips to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Le Mans, and plenty of UK miles. Only selling as I’m cutting down to one vehicle and need a truck for work.
The good bits:
Manual gearbox
M57TU2 engine (well known for going on forever – mileage speaks for itself)
Lowered on Eibach 30mm springs (less than 6 months old)
Bilstein B4 M-Sport shocks all round (less than 6 months old)
Proper fast road alignment done by MT Developments
All front control arms changed around a year ago
Gearbox and diff oils changed around a year ago (Ravenol)
New rear brakes
Wheels / tyres:
OEM BBS 216M alloys (from my 320si)
Michelin PS5s on the front
Wider Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 2s on the rear
All tyres have good tread
Spare Hankook included
Interior / extras:
M-Sport steering wheel
M-Sport gear knob
Aluminium trim (from my 320si)
Alcantara front seats (from my 320si)
Limo black rear tints
Hideable Towbar
Servicing:
Decent service history
Serviced by myself during ownership using Ravenol VMP USVO 5W-30 (OEM approved)
Mann / Ryco filters used
MOT:
MOT runs until April
Happy to put it through an MOT for the right buyer if wanted
Bad bits:
Rust on front arches and rear arches (rears have been repaired in the past)
Always kept waxed to slow it down
Underside is actually decent considering mileage
Front offside tyre has some outer edge wear from when alignment was out (now corrected)
Rear wiper seized
Rear hatch button is intermittent
Nothing here stops it being used daily.
This isn’t a mint, low-mileage car - it’s a well-maintained, properly sorted E91 that drives really well and has had the right money spent where it matters.
£2, 500 – open to sensible offers
