1972 Volvo P1800ES · Coupe · Mileage 2000 km This is a development of the P1800S, the one driven by The Saint in the series. Irv Gordon, a dentist from New York, drove over 5 million kilometers in 52 years and was entered into the Guinness Book of World Records. The beautifully proportioned shooting brake body, a 3-door, inspired many subsequent Volvo models and revolutionized car design. Manual 4-speed gearbox and overdrive with steering wheel control. Inertia-reel seat belts. Full engine overhaul, full bodywork rebuild, no filler only tinning. Worn components replaced with original. Chromed parts rechromed. The upholstery was rebuilt in black leather, and the interior was refinished in its original color. The dashboard is trimmed in leather. This car is truly impressive and will be a great addition to any collection. It's a real eye-catcher at motoring events and on the street. This example is in perfect, collectible condition. I bought it in 2017 from USA, restored it till 2021, and only drive it in the summer. It's stunningly beautiful and handles well.
