Very reluctant sale, House move & Baby number 2 on the way!
I have owned the car for 5 years, since ownership of the car I have completed a lot of work, either by myself or a very reputable garage local to me which specialises in classic car restoration. Always garaged and only used in the summer months for shows or a roof down drive in the sun.
As you can see the original clipper kit has been removed, GTI arches applied with no rust underneath. GTI Stickers. I personally prefer the look of these without the kit as it gives it more stance.
The car now starts on the turn of a key every time and is enjoyable to drive, since MOT in December I have attended a few shows where the car has received a lot of attention. A real head turner when out and about driving. The car is fitted form factory with an electric roof which works very well. No rips or tears in roof, in great condition.
In the last 2 years the car has had steady upgrades added. Engine has been completely removed and refurbed. The bay was smoothed but still to a factory look and freshly painted. I have a library of pictures throughout. A complete folder of receipts and history of the car Tax discs and invoices from the early 90's.

Car is very clean underneath.
Slight bubble of surface rust on the boot lid to be expected from a car of this age. Picture included.
I still have the thick original arch lines, single headlight grill, expansion tank, coolant tank, radiator, fan, Gaer Knob.
