Description

This Talbot 90 first appeared as a single-seater specially built by the factory for racing at Brooklands, it began racing in 1930, managed by Arthur Fox from the famed Fox and Nicholl racing team, and achieved numerous successes, including 1st in Class at the 500 mile Brooklands race. It set records in October with drivers Brian Lewis and Johnny Hindmarsh. again with Fox & Nicholl it earned top-four finishes in 1931. In 1932, it was rebuilt as a two seater with the body it carries today and continued to perform well. in 1934, it was remodeled and raced until the late 1940s. Notable recent races include Donington, Nurburgring, and Le Mans. This Talbot 90 remains celebrated in vintage racing circles.
