Arguably the best engine in a TVR! This is a very early MK1 Chimaera, with the rare 4. 3BV (big valve) engine, the same as the first Griffith's. This car has been well looked after by Taylor TVR and TVR101, and a few others besides! Lots has been done, including new bushes, new rebuilt gearbox, engine was rebuilt at 50k, it has a huge folder detailing everything that's been done. 4 new rainsport tyres a year ago. Very original car. Needs a few jobs to tidy it up. If I was keeping it, I'd redo the interior carpet and replace the hood. Nothing wrong with the roof, it's all waterproof, just old and doesn't fold completely flat. Been stored either inside or under a roof. Chassis has been regularly waxoiled and is original.
