1998 Chimaera, Halcyon Atlantis Blue, 69. 333 miles, Serviced and MOT'd in June 2025.
I've owned this car for 12 years having purchased it from a TVR enthusiast who spared no expense in keeping it in fantastic condition having had a new chassis fitted in 2013 by RT Racing, Sheffield. Like the previous owner, I too have ensured that nothing was too much time or effort in keeping this in good condition. Always a 'hobby'car I've covered less than 3k miles during my ownership; used only in summer and never in the wet!
During my time it has been maintained and serviced by TVR Selby.
Having had a 12k service and MOT in June and a radiator fitted in September the car was checked over to ensure that it is in good order.
The car has some buffering marks on the bonnet and driver's side wing caused by a cover and some cracking of the walnut veneer dash. Having first seen/ heard a TVR at Harwood hill climb when I was a teenager it was my ambition to own one. I have been proud to own this Chimaera and it is now time to let someone else enjoy this awesome car.
It is painted in in my opinion the best colour for a Chimaera in Halcyon Atlanis blue showing of the Chimaeras beautiful curves. The cab is fitted out in tan and blue leather.
Being fitted with a 4. 0 V8 it is one of the greatest sounding cars to own.
