Description
I am the 4th owner of this relatively low mileage beauty and have been the custodian since Jan '23 when i bought it privately from the previous registered keeper. I picked her up on approx 90k miles and now showing 96500.
In this time I've had one full service by independent Jag specialist (Kent Jag Centre nr Sevenoaks) involving new sparks, new supercharger and aux belt and new fluids all round. The engine runs beautifully and starts on a turn. The previous owner had the front brakes renewed, disks and pads and I've done the rear. Importantly this engine never had the plastic chain tensioners that were prone to failure, this car had metal by default.
Interior you can see there's some wear on the drivers seat, but the rest is excellent, headliner also still good and not sagged. Pioneer 6 disc multi changer and original car phone too! I've not tried to use this but the module is still there in the boot and looks to be top condition. Lastly there's a Parrot bluetooth add-on which allows to both make and receive calls as well as stream music into the system.
MoT until May '26. I had to have some welding on the last test, and there are some advisories on corrosion to springs. Please feel free to check history on gov UK and happy to answer any questions. I recently had some issue with the clearcoat where a previous owner must have done some touching up. I've take the car to Five Oak Auto Body just recently and had the exterior made beautiful. I think she now looks as good as she has done in 5+ years. With these all steel cars there will always be some chasing of jobs but the key is to keep on top of them when they're small and not allow anything to become a problem. This I believe i have done but now I must sell as our personal priorities don't really allow for two cars esp one that I hardly use. If I had garage space and the time I would not be selling. I wish the next owner all the best and hope they keep her on the road for many years to come.
