Very rare Volvo 244 GLE THOR
My Brother just wants to sell so a bargain for someone.
This was a special edition model for 1979/ 1980 only 300 were manufactured for the UK market and records show that only 10 now survive. The Volvo as standard only came in black with black upholstery. It had Corona alloys and an automatic gearbox. It had electric front windows but no power steering.
I am listing this on behalf of my brother who does not do adverts. He bought it approximately 2 years ago and in this time it has had a partial bodywork respray as it was peeling on the bonnet area. He has had a new fuel tank fitted along with fuel lines a new exhaust and a full service. He has done very few miles but he is currently using it in this fine weather and it starts and runs very well.
The Volvo is in very good condition and the underside is very solid.
