For sale is this lovely Rover 45 in platinum silver.
I bought this car recently and have completed lots of work since . Firstly I checked the car properly as the previous MOT history showed the tester had mentioned corrosion underneath. I was very pleased to see that it was very minimal surface rust and in my opinion the tester was very harsh.
The other jobs I've done are as follows..
Head gasket, cambelt and water pump, full service, CV joint, full exhaust system including cat, also 2 new brake calipers. I have also had the clock repaired and fitted a new old stock original radio.
The car now drives really well with no knocks or bangs and is very smooth through the gears.
I have now done all the previous MOT advisories it had except for the rear trailing arm bushes which on inspection have no play in them.
The headlining was sagging so I have replaced that with stretch carpet and although not original it does the job.
