This was supplied to park lane bmw, hence the immense spec whereby it covered very little miles, even came with a 5 year service pack. These cars are silly cheap to insure, run and maintain. Full tank of diesel is £50 and lasts me one month running to and from the station.
Recent work -
Brake fluid Change - 22/ 08/ 25.
Full Service - 02/ 06/ 25.
New Genuine BMW Windscreen Scuttle (rubber seal had perished that runs along bottom of screen - most minis need this now!)
X2 New Shock Absorbers Front.
X2 New Mahle Front Top Mounts.
X2 New Mahle drop links Front.
4 Wheel Alignment/ Tracking.
Rear ARB bushes.
X4 New Avon AS7 All Season Tyres.
Wishbone Bushes.
Turbo to DPF resealed.
Maintenance free clubman, for a few years that is also setup for winter use with the cross climate AS7 tyres.
Serviced by the supplying dealer, I gave it a full service after this as don’t trust garages/ dealers with servicing.
It had Castrol 5w30, new filter, new cabin filter, new air filter and a new diesel filter. Receipts kept and will service it again for the new owner as I change oil on my cars once a year which is nearing.
Cambelt last done 08/ 2018 @ 48k miles with invoice.
I have owned it for over a year now, bought at 78k odd. I use it for commuting and running about in, it’s coming from a petrol head household, it’s parked up and I use my others on days off. All electrics work, AC is ice cold etc. Overall, a nice, rare spec honest Clubman. When I wanted one of these, I started wanting to spend £2500 for a run about. I viewed those cars and quickly upped my budget to this money. Most had rotten subframes and shocking mot history’s. I even viewed a Clubman Mayfair at more money, but the paint was atrocious. Found this example and bought on the spot.
Priced at £4750.
No part ex etc, already bought its replacement. I bought this Clubman after looking at various others, in poor condition. Coupled with the low mileage, colour combo and a specification that’s unrivaled this Mini will hold its value if looked after like I, and the previous owners have.
