Description
This car was found in a lock up garage belonging to a friend of mine, he asked me if I would get it going for him, which I duly did, but the he fell ill and passed before he could drive it.
it was dry and dusty, and took only half a day to get it running, brakes were fine, gears all good etc.
the paintwork is poor but the metal is so thick, it would easily repair if you were so inclined.
it has a small misfire quite possibly a lead or a cap (or a valve), and a small water leak which I believe is coming from the water pump.
the interior isn't bad at all save for a small seam opening on the drivers seat. Dash is lovely.
Its unlikely that you would do so but it could do with a re paint, but isn't financially viable, personally I would tend to those minor mechanical issues and drive it as a survivor.
I have the original buff log book, but it will need a new style V5 via Swansea, as it is currently not found.
