VW Touareg Altitude 3. 0 TDI 2007, Blue with Grey hide, automatic, generally tidy inside except for a couple of tears in the back.
body presents nice but there are scuffs on the corners, although not accident damage.( my 86 year old father has been using it for 4 years, it was stunning back then) It is 18 years old!
It drives really well, and is fitted with the removable tow bar. It has 10 months mot and the tyres have done circa 500 miles since new.
it was serviced last year but again only 500 miles ago.
My father is no longer driving, it is still registered in my wife's name at our address, as she had this 5 years ago whilst awaiting a new car.
it is NOT mint and it has a couple of items that need to be addressed.
The drivers seat sensor throws up the SRS light intermittently, you can clear the code but it will return, it is the sensor in the drivers seat that has a dodgy connection.
the AC isn't cold, I regassed it 5 years ago but it didn't work for long?
This is all I can find other than a wheel bearing hum.
I've been as honest as I can, it's a good reliable car for not much money, and would make a great caravan hauler or speed boat tow car? bank transfer preferred. I will not be wrapping it and posting!
