Description
Since 1970 this car has had a number of owners (9) and was significantly renovated by the previous owner between 2015 - 17 after it was repatriated from Belgium. It is now a classic Triumph Signal Red and has been serviced annually by Berwick Service Station, East Sussex, most recently a new clutch slave cylinder was fitted and the underside waxoyled. Receipts for all recent services and other historic information are available. I bought the Spit from TRGB in September 2020. My main reason for the purchase being I had renovated a Mk3 when I was a student in the early 80's and love the design and the chrome strips running up the bonnet. Since purchase I've driven her to the Alps twice and our most recent road trip was up to Argyll from East Sussex so she could be used as the going away car for a friends wedding. The only reason I'm contemplating selling is that at 60+ I'm finding getting in and out of the car is more taxing than as a 21 year old.
