Mini Cooper S, Laser Blue, Manual, Mechanically Sorted.
I bought this in the spring for the summer for a weekend toy. Amazing little car, but I need the space.
I was hunting for a good one for months, and found this in South Wales, where the roads are smooth and suspension hasn’t had a beating. The previous owner took amazing care of it, including new brakes, coolant tank, and detailing it better than I can!
Next, I leave it with a local Mini specialist to go over it for me so I could drive it in confidence as it didn’t come to me with much history. We replaced as preventative maintenance:
- timing chain & guides
- value stem seals (without removing the head)
- front crank shaft seal
- aux belt
- gear box oil
- engine oil
- rocker cover gasket
- spark plugs (myself)
MOT until April26.
This car isn’t modified.
Everything works, including air conditioning, heated seats, auto headlights & wipers, and vanos.
