Here for sale is my 1991 J reg Ford Sierra Sapphire 2000E auto. Finished in Tamsin blue over Moonstone blue. I have owned this car since 2018 and have set about a sympathetic restoration, in the last couple of years the car has received a full respray, a custom stainless steel cat back exhaust from Pipecraft. The car comes as standard with its unique shadow grey leather interior, fuel computer, 4x electric windows, tilt/ slide sunroof, original RDS 2007 radio cassette player, it is the abs model featuring all round disc brakes. Air conditioning, which has been converted to R134a gas, however this is not working. The Auto gearbox works perfectly, changing through the gears nicely, including into overdrive 4th, kickdown operates as it should thanks to a newly made gearbox wiring loom. The car retains its original service book with dealer stamps whilst in the care of its first owner, the second owner, a ford employee looked after the car himself or through ford mechanic friends and kept the book up to date, along with many invoices keeping the car mechanically in excellent condition until he passed away. The car sat whilst his estate was sorted out and I have since given the car a full recommission during my ownership, with new discs and pads all round, a full service and many subsequent oil and filter changes even though the car hasn’t covered many miles. A set of 5 tyres were fitted to the original alloy wheels which have returned the car to as near standard as possible. Current MOT until April 2026.
