Description
Series 2 Fiat 850 Sport Coupe in Mediterranean Blue, this is a rare right hand drive model for the UK market.
It has had extensive works to get it to the condition it is in today, with folders, books and magazines full of various receipts, photos, descriptions, original keys, original handbooks and tons more.
Just a few of the restoration works to mention are:
2001-2003 - Major body work, new panels, stripped to bare metal, resprayed.
2005 - New wiring loom, cylinder head refurbished and new rear screen.
2008-2009 - Major engine rebuild, new pistons fitted and bottom end bearings, all caried out by DTR European Sportscars.
2010-2012 - Car was fully recommissioned by Middle Barton Garage.
Modifications that were also done were:
Petronix electronic ignition fitted
Campagnolo alloys
Abarth exhaust system
Abarth long final drive
Abarth Steering Wheel (also have the wooden original)
Abarth 1000 OT Suspension

The car is based in Shetland, but it can be situated to Aberdeen, UK mainland for the buyer.

The car is kept in a temperature controlled environment and has a trickle charger on.
It really is a beautiful example of the 850 coupe, the raspy little engine just brings back every bit of nostalgia and always has people turning round to see what it is.
The car has also been inspected and signed off / approved by Fiat Specialist GB after restoration/ upgrades were carried out.
