The designers decided not to abandon the old water-cooled four-cylinder Fiat 100 engine, but made substantial changes to it: they reversed the direction of rotation, increased the displacement from the 767 of the 600D to 843 cc (hence the name 850), going from 29 to 34 horsepower, which allowed it to reach 125 km/ h. This piece of Italian history is in excellent condition, with no work to be done and no rust, impeccably preserved. This particular version was reworked, as was customary at the time, by the Scioneri body shop in Savigliano, Piedmont.
