A rare chance to acquire an original G40 which has spent most of its life in Devon. Dealer (Renwicks Plymouth) stamped service schedule from new to 2012, thereafter independent garage manual entries. Supercharger overhaul by Jabbasport about 5000 miles ago. Cambelt changed 2 years ago. Stainless steel exhaust fitted this year.
I’ve made little use of this classic, just keeping it in running order. However the latest MOT highlights work required to be done on the sills plus attention to petrol tank filler and pump.
There are various rust blemishes on the 33 year old bodywork but when polished is not too shabby.
Interior seats and trim are pretty good although drivers seat no longer reclines!
I’ve owned the G40 for 11 years and now feel the need to pass it on to another appreciative owner who can sort out the work required for the MOT.
The ‘G40 ** number plate is included in the price.
Just to confirm, the car will need trailering away as the MOT has just expired. The MOT history can be viewed on the DVLA site registration G4OPC.
