1997 BMW Z3 1. 9. I have owned this vehicle for over 2 years and enjoyed this summers top down motoring and exhibited at several classic car shows where it has always been admired.
It was first registered in Ireland, hence the registration number, and then brought back to the UK in 1999.
During my ownership, I have replaced both outer sill covers, with genuine new BMW items. It is now pretty much a rust free car. The paintwork isn't perfect however. There are a few minor age related imperfections here and there, but nothing serious, the most notable is some paint fading on the passenger door.
The engine is very sweet and the car drives very well. It is MOT'd till April 2027.
The black leather interior is in good condition with just slight wear on the drivers seat bolster, but no holes or splits.
The hood is good and watertight, but showing its age a little.
Recently all the brake discs and pads have been replaced, including the handbrake shoes and fixings.
The alloy wheels are in excellent condition with decent tyres.
It worth mentioning that it has a category 1 Thatcham alarm fitted. There is some service history and handbooks. The previous owner was a neighbour with long term ownership.
