Description
A charming Italian import, this 1970 Fiat 500L has just been brought back to life after a few years tucked away in dry garage storage. It’s now road-ready and looking for a new owner to enjoy its vintage charm.
Recent Work Completed:
To ensure it’s running smoothly, the car has had a comprehensive service, including:
• Fresh oil change
• New fuel filter and fuel line
• New choke cable
• New throttle pedal
• Refurbished dynamo with new brushes
• Brakes bled
• Fuel tank drained and cleaned
• New gearstick gaiter
Exterior & Paintwork:
The car was repainted a few years ago following damage to the right-hand door. While the top coat of clear lacquer wasn’t applied, the result is a unique matte yellow finish that turns heads wherever it goes. A Car with a Story
This Fiat 500L isn’t just a classic, it’s part of someone’s journey. Originally bought by a friend as his first car, it was lovingly driven for years before life took him away from his family home. With no need for it, the car was carefully stored in his parents’ garage, waiting patiently for its next chapter.
Earlier this year, we brought it out of storage and enjoyed the process of getting it roadworthy again. It’s been a joy to revive, and now it’s ready for someone new to continue its story, hopefully with the roof down and the sun shining.
