Description
The Bike is a 500 Venom Clubman, it is in good condition, but obviously there are one or two minor blemishes, due to its age. A dual "race type" seat has been fitted, but a standard "flat" type seat may be available, if required. I fitted a battery / tool box as I prefer that look, a standard early type battery mount may be available. A linkage type gearchange is fitted, but a reverse gear lever may be available for those who prefer a "down " for first gear , the linkage results in an "up" for first change. A 2ls front brake is fitted, tyres are good, as is the battery. Mileage on the odometer is only 3312 as I had the speedometer overhauled some time ago.
I am selling the bike as I have arthritis in my hands so riding with clip on handle bars has become rather painful

If you have never ridden a Velocette you will experience what can be a docile road bike (with the ignition lever slightly retarded) or a lusty single, with a distinctive exhaust note when the ignition is fully advanced and road conditions allow lots of throttle. Velocette are rightly known for their good road holding and handling.
