Good condition for its age. I have had the bike for 6 years and have spent £4k (receipts to hand) with new clutch, top end dismantled and reassembled, carbs and pilot jets set and balance, final drive checks, new cam timing chain, new regulator and rectifier, brakes overhauled in August this year with service to ensure it continues to run really well. A joy to ride did a 70 mile circular route this week from Kendal to Tebay over the tops to Penrith and returned by Kirkstone Pass with ease. My tenure is unfortunately over and another good home awaits. Sometimes you want a bike that you can go and enjoy the ride without that competitive side of your head coming out. You can still have fun with 50bhp whilst getting 60+mpg £39 insurance and no road tax or mot as it has historic status. Attracts more conversations than most sportsbikes.
