1966 Herald 1200 convertible.
Registered Nov 1966 in Jersey CI , mileage 11414 believed to be genuine having spent time on the island , hence the J registration.
During 2021/ 22 the car had a full restoration with new panels , interior, trim and carpets , a new hood in blue was fitted and a respray in the correct colour Wedgewood Blue costing £24000 , a memory stick with over 200 photos detailing the restoration is included .
Recent work includes servicing and MOT test no advisories (not required but carried out for peace of mind)and new chrome headlight cowls along with preventative maintenance etc.
The car is in excellent condition and has won a couple of awards at car shows with an agreed insurance valuation off £12000.
I am reluctant to sell it but it doesn’t get used enough and I have other projects to keep me busy.
