Listed for sale is my 1999 Peugeot 306 1. 6 LX 'Mimi'
In really fantastic condition considering its age, a few cosmetic blemishes, but mechanically spot on and no corrosion underneath. Completely original and not messed with all. The previous owner was a lovely lady who had owned Mimi for over 20 years, and obviously adored her. Has been totally hassle free and reliable in my 12 months of ownership, including trips to wales, and several months of long commutes to the new forest.
Lx spec cloth interior in great condition, though the lining on the door cards is beginning to sag.
A really fun retro hatchback and an absolute pleasure to drive, no suspension knocks or other unwanted noises, and by far the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in!
Reason for sale is that I now have a 4x4 and unfortunately don't have the space to keep Mimi, I'll be genuinely sad to see her go.
A few bad points to mention:
- Rear windscreen wiper not working
- Clock display not working
- Heater blower sometimes comes on randomly, I believe it's a problem with the switch
- Nearside front wing suffers from lacquer peel as pictured
- Blemish on front and rear bumper as pictured
- Could do with a new set of tyres as the current set are cracked
