Description
1971 MG B GT Rover V8 Conversion
This MG is registered as a 1. 8 but has benefitted from a 3. 5 v8 rover conversion sometime in its past.
Lots of work has been done to this. On inspection, the engine bay and sills look solid.
The vehicle starts on the key and drives, and can be stopped using the pedal. No further checks have been mechanically done. Overall, the vehicle looks in good working order.
Exterior wise, the front end benefits from a scooped bonnet to make space for the air filter on top of the engine. The paintwork is decent and has polished up well, although there are areas that need addressing most notably the bonnet and the passenger rear corner where it looks like it’s had some sort of damage.
The vehicle comes with a few spares that were in the boot which are all included in the sale.
V5 registration document present. Dry stored for the past 8 years, we have acquired this classic due to the current owner emigrating abroad.
I’m not a classic car expert, and I welcome any inspections or viewings.
If you’re looking for a project or an investment, then this MG would be perfect.
